We offer a full refund for Covid related disruptions to travel.
We also offer full refund up to 30 days prior to your stay. All other travel related issues should be covered in your personal travel insurance.

Located so close to Queenstown city centre and just far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and unwind after a busy day in and around Queenstown, New Zealand's Adventure Capital.
Please note it's an easy walk to town and a steep walk home.
If you're not the active type a cheap taxi fare will get you back up the hill no trouble!
Famous mountain bike and hiking trails virtually at your doorstep
20 minutes from Coronet Peak ski field, 35 minutes from the Remarkables Ski field.
The apartment is conveniently located on the lower Queenstown Hill and is a quick walk down to the city centre and activity pick up spots or the main bus routes.
*It is quite a steep walk back up the hill, which is great for the active type.
If you don't like walking up the hill, Ubers are around $8-$12
There is an allocated car park at the apartment for those travelling with a car.
*carspace is in apartment building complex and is not suitble for vans or campervans.
There is roadside parking in front of apartment if available.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh luxury linen, towels and essentials.
During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.
Checkouts on a public holiday will incur a $75 additional fee to cover the cleaners time and a half.
