Great apartment with views!

The apartment is well set out, with a fantastic view of the Remarkables Mountains. There is a bit of wear and tear around the property, with a lack of utensils and chips of the cups and plates as noted by others. We had one issues whilst there, and after calling and leaving a message we never heard back from them. But otherwise a great place to stay!

Beautiful views and great location

Well appointed property with all amenities to make your stay very comfortable. Beds are very comfortable, just out of town and walking distance to town centre. Check in process was slightly tainted with no details provided at the time it was meant to be. The communication can be a lot better- four phone calls to the number provided with one response. Text messages and Stayz app messages are better sometimes. Best feature is the gas as floor heaters. Very spacious with wonderful views. Garage is smaller than expected- we hired a Mitsubishi 4 WD Outlander and you have to reverse in, and it was snug!! Each time the parking in was stressful. Any car bigger than that is NOT going to fit.

Very Disappointing

The view is fantastic and the beds are sooo comfy. Short walk into town with a slight uphill on the way home. Unfortunately, that's about it for the positives. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an old bag of Mcdonalds with fries spread out across the entrance. Once inside, we were happy with the layout, view and cleanliness of the property, that was, until I noticed that the light had heaps of dead flies and bugs inside! Also, the bedrooms are not set up for two guests ( one table lamp for each room and a plug socket right behind the bed head so nowhere to charge your phone!) Only one room has a tv and the other has nothing. We sat down to have our lunch and there were only two knives for the four of us. (This was later rectified by Cindy the property manager , once I reported it - but we had no knives for our lunch) That evening we had only three mugs for the four of us and then five minutes into our BBQ - the gas ran out!! I messaged Cindy straight away ( as she was our property manager i had been in touch with) - I texted a total of four times over the weekend and no reply! I tried to call and heard nothing. So ,we decided to finish our dinner in the oven - then realized , no oven tray. We then tried to cook it in the pan but there was no cooking oil. Disappointed we couldn't cook our meal and no one was getting back to us to help, we had to eat out. We didn't hear anything back until Monday when we were about to check out. A simple apology that her 'out of office' wasn't on and no attempt to try and rectify the fact we have been left disappointed. All in all, we had a great time but have been left disappointed that the bare essentials wasn't taken care of and felt that neither were we !
