The Space:
This holiday haven is the perfect retreat for families and friends, offering three spacious bedrooms that cater to everyone's needs. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, sharing a large bathroom with a shower and toilet, making it easy for everyone to get ready for the day. The third bedroom, located upstairs, has its own en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a large wardrobe, and stunning views of the lake and mountains - a perfect wake-up spot.

The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with separate spaces for dining and unwinding. After a day of exploring, enjoy a glass of wine or alfresco dining on the balcony, taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Inside, a large dining table and cozy seating area with a gas fireplace and TV provide the perfect spot to relax and unwind. A quiet nook is also available for those who want to work or read while watching the sunset over the mountains.

Please note: The spacious master bedroom is located upstairs, where you can wake up to beautiful views. The second and third bedrooms are tucked away downstairs, offering a quiet and restful retreat, though they do not have views.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, including a large fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, and even a coffee machine. Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.

A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Years.
