A trip to Queenstown isn`t complete without a trip to at least one winery, and be sure to bring a bottle home to enjoy on the private patio. Curl up in the comfy bed after an adventure-filled day to relax with Netflix on the Smart TV. Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Additionally, all guests who are unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over 25 years of age.

Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus gst per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use and the BBQ.
As our holiday homes are all non -serviced we provide complimentary consumables sufficient for the first 2 days of your stay such as toiletries, toilet paper and soap. The other condiments, spices etc in the pantry cupboard are for your use but are not intentionally provided. Feel free to use what you need but it would be appreciated if you could replace or leave something similar when you leave.
RUBBISH - We kindly ask that you dispose of the rubbish correctly. If rubbish is found on your departure which is not in the correct bins provided, any disposal and sorting costs incurred will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking.
As residential homes you are asked to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The number of occupants is as per the reservation and may not be increased without approval from Harcourts Property Management. Increased occupancy, excessive noise or illegal activity may result in penalty charges and eviction and forfeiture of all prepaid rental monies.
DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Harcourts Property Management and Rentals.

A great shoreside townhome with an excellent view
This is a very nice house with and excellent deck and view. It is a 2.5kM walk into town and 1.2kM walk to bars and restaurants to the end of the lake. Both are on the nice biking/walking path. It is a perfect place to be away from the bustle of Queenstown. If you don’t have a car you can take the bus from the top of the hill; just a five minute walk.

The apartment was really equipped with everything we needed for a great holiday. Clean, light, warm and cosy. Very xlose to bus stops and the Frankton walkway and parking not a problem. Would definitely recommend.

Good View and Location
The property was adequate, however did not feel that it was worth the price. We have traveled for the past 3 months in New Zealand and Australia and stayed at 12 different properties so aware of the various areas and prices. In our opinion, this property was overpriced. The cookware and utensils should be upgraded.
In the future we would be reluctant to deal with the property manager, Harcourts Holiday Homes again. Felt that their service was poor.

Nice enough
You Need a car if you want to visit queenstown. Us more the frankton end . Well fitted out but needs air conditioning - gets very hot and stuffy. Nice enough for a short stay.
Under the flight oath wihich my husband loved as he is a total plane nerd . (They only foy over every half hour os so - not an issue at all )
