The sleek, modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and high-end fixtures, offering a luxurious experience during your stay.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh Queenstown air on your private patio. It's the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or relax in the evenings after a day of adventures. Simply step outside onto the balcony for 180 degree views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.

Guests will be sent their arrival instructions 48 hours prior to arrival. This property has one garage car space.

Koa on Thompson is centrally located in Queenstown, giving you easy access to the vibrant town center, local cafes, and stunning natural attractions. Whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, or exploring the local food scene, everything is within reach. With a 2 minute drive to the city centre and 14 minute walk to the centre.
Getting Around:
Located just above the CBD (a 14-minute walk into town) There are three different ways to walk to and from the apartment to town. The quickest way is following the road down into town, which means an incline on the way home. However, you can also walk along the top of the hillside and take the stairs or walk through the QT and Rydges hotel using the elevator.
Other Things to Note:
Please note the indoor fireplace is currently out of order.

Pleasant stay
The property was well maintained and very modern. Has a beautiful view of the lake and mountains so perfect for taking photos with friends and family on the balcony too. There was a group of 7 of us and the house was a perfect size!
