Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The home's air-conditioning is ductless mini splits with coverage to every room. The property is a member of the Quechee Club, which permits guests to purchase optional amenity access to the Quechee Club activities such as golf, ski, aquatics, fitness center, and more. Great location with tiny upstairs bedrooms
We were in town for skiing (three people) and baking classes at King Arthur and to visit my mother-in-law. Pros:- location in Quechee (love Quechee!)- cleanliness of property was outstanding- comfortable living room area with dining room table and six chairs, couch, armchair, barstools at counter area- king size bed in downstairs bedroom with wonderful Ugg king thick fleece blanket to make it cozy and warm- pots and pans, baking sheets, etc. well equipped kitchen in that respectCons:- TINY upstairs bedrooms, each one has two single beds in it and barely enough room to walk around the beds- kitchen did not have basics (sugar, salt, pepper)- didn't realize Keurig only coffeemaker so had to go out and buy Keurig cups to make coffee (I had packed coffee beans and grinder)Note: we arrived after 10pm at night during snowfall and had a really hard time finding this unit which is not off the parking area but tucked behind unit 5. We had to drive around multiple times and send runners out with flashlights to finally find the unit. It would have been helpful to know this in advance!

Nice condo, conveniently located
Condo was nicely decorated with everything we needed for our stay. Fire alarm randomly went off twice during our stay and we could only communicate with management company via text (phone waits were long). Other than that would consider staying here again.
