Warm condo with a view of Mont Sainte-Anne, just three minutes from the mountain. Enjoy privileged access to the heated indoor swimming pool and a multitude of outdoor activities to do in the region in all seasons (see additional information below).

It is located 30 minutes from downtown Quebec. This completely renovated condo will definitely please you.

This open concept condo is the ideal place to get together with family, lovers or friends!

A closed bedroom with a King bed, in addition to a common space (living room, kitchen) and a bunk bed (2 single beds).

You will be seduced by the warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, the location, the swimming pool, the tennis court, the proximity of Mont Ste-Anne, the cleanliness of the premises. 

Guests benefit from outdoor parking on site and a free shuttle service to the ski resort ticket office.

The condo also has a locker in the basement to store skis and bikes.

Equipment: toaster, fondue stove, table with 6 chairs and 2 folding chairs in the bedroom wardrobe. The barbecue is only functional in summer. Washer dryer on site.

You will have access to the entire accommodation.



A bicycle washing station (hose) is available at the southeast corner of the building, near the garage and appropriate signs are installed.

30 minutes from Quebec, Mont-Sainte-Anne offers 4-season activities in a breathtaking setting. Ski area on 3 slopes: 71 slopes including 19 lit in the evening, 2 snow parks, 1 “boardercross” and alpine hiking. The cross-country ski center offers 200 km of trails, including 191 km for skating. In summer, discover our “XC, DH and pump track” bike trails. Enjoy the hiking trails at the base and summit of the mountain. Explore the 18 holes of Le Grand Vallon golf course with a splendid view of the mountain.

On-site parking and free shuttle service to get you to the ski area.



All seasons are magnificent in the region to enjoy several activities nearby: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, fat biking, dog sledding, hiking, mountain biking, road biking, kayaking, hebertism, golf, Tennis in the complex (in summer), Jean Larose Falls trail and more.

Just three minutes from downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, fatbike trails and snowmobile trails. In summer, enjoy the proximity of cycle paths, mountain bike trails and the two magnificent golf courses Le Grand Vallon and Le St-Ferréol.

A few minutes by car, you will find La Basilique Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré as well as everything you need to make your stay more pleasant: supermarkets, pharmacies, SAQ...

Within a 30-minute drive, you can visit Montmorency Falls, Canyon Ste-Anne, Île D'Orléans, Baie St-Paul, Vieux Port and Vieux Québec. We have stayed in this unit two years in a row and really enjoy it. It's nicely decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. The owners are very responsive, and it's on a few minutes away from Mt. Saint Anne. Highly recommend.

Great spot for a ski vacation

One of the most equipped condos we’ve stayed. Very pleased with the kitchen set up, size of the bathroom, access to a pool, comfortable beds, use of a washer and dryer, and proximity to the ski hill.
