The hotel is brand new and absolutely beautiful. I mean amenities are awesome- infrared beds, workout facility, top floor lounge, outdoor patio and fireplaces and guest laundry (included). It is so new in fact that the breakfast was still being worked out and the staff did provide some options!

Super nice hotel and room we got was amazing as basically an apartment with fridge, dishwasher, extra room, etc. Front desk was super nice and helpful and had more the feel of a high end apartment building than a hotel if that makes sense. Loved can do laundry in the basement and that was a really nice addition. This is a really great hotel for a longer stay. Location is not directly in the Old Quebec area but basically a 5 minute walk and pretty convenient location as I had a car and a reasonably priced parking lot right next to hotel. Must say there is no pool on site or breakfast so not sure why shows up on the search with those amenities.

An absolutely amazing experience at this stunning new hotel right in front of the marina. The location is perfect if you're participating in the Challenge Cap Quebec triathlon — you couldn't ask for anything better positioned for race week. We stayed in one of the lofts and it was incredibly comfortable — think fluffy towels, sleek new installations, and a beautifully designed space. But what truly set this hotel apart was the service. The staff went above and beyond at every turn — warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making your stay special. You could tell they take real pride in what they do. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, we felt truly taken care of. Add to that a rooftop terrace, a spa, a sauna, and a convenient breakfast on the go — everything an athlete (or anyone!) could need. This place has it all. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I booked a 5th-floor loft room with a city view for a special, rare visit with my mother, who has limited mobility and only visits once a year. I specifically selected this layout for a comfortable movie night with the TV facing the bed. Check-in went fine initially, but when I returned with our bags, I was abruptly told I couldn't go to our room due to a "leak." We were reassigned to the "last room available" on a different floor. Not only did this downgraded room face a courtyard filled with construction (zero city view), but the TV faced two chairs instead of the bed. Worse, the room was already filled with someone else’s luggage. I later discovered they were not completely honest and they had simply given our booked room away to someone else. Management offered only apologies, two glasses of wine, and 20% off a future stay—completely unacceptable compensation for ruining a special occasion. I was promised a call from the manager to resolve this, but I am still waiting to hear back. While the bed was comfortable, the blatant dishonesty, lack of basic hospitality, and failure to follow up made us feel entirely disregarded as paying guests. I cannot recommend staying here.

The hotel is brand new with many amenities, staff is very cooperative & helpful especially the receptionist. Room are spacious and well equipped.. Hotel only need to improve the breakfast options as it is very limited
