Trois chambres à coucher avec lit queen, double et simple (pouvant se convertir en king). Deux salles de bains complètes, une avec douche et l’autre avec bain. Cuisine complète avec lave vaisselles, etc. Poêle/cuisinière au bois fonctionnel.
Près du centre de ski de fond de St-Ferréol, de la montagne du Mont-Sainte-Anne et du Massif de Charlevoix. Épicerie à 2 minutes et tout près de plusieurs autres services/activités (Spa des Neiges, Nordique Spa, terrains de golf, gym, cafés, microbrasseries, restaurants, sentiers de motoneige, Cap Tourmente, vélo de montagne, kitesurf, kayak, pêche, etc).
Accès à des sentiers de marche, de ski, de raquettes et de vélos à proximité. Aucun voisin avant ni arrière.
