这是一家让人失望透顶的酒店，没有细节！

这是一家让人失望透顶的酒店。 酒店优点：近海位置、大露台、客房面积大。 除了以上三点之外，我只能说都糟糕透了。 1、住宿硬件：外部看上去很美，但深入客房里面完全没有注重细节，洗漱台和墙交接处的水泥能看到。 2、客房清洁度：非常一般。房间里地上的水渍印长期没有擦拭，浴缸能够摸到一层灰。 3、洗浴用品：瓷的瓶子，是自己灌装进去的洗浴用品，瓶口还有长期以来液体溢出的痕迹，但并没有清理。 4、舒适度：一般，床偏软了。 5、最重要的是，酒店对于住客的管理和服务没有丝毫关注。有几个醉酒客人半夜酒醉在走廊大喊大叫，只着了内裤，乱踹我们的房门，酒店只派了一名值班经理过来安抚，第二天的处理虽说及时，但在后面我写给总经理的意见书后，酒店对接不及时，我对处理很失望。 6、这次的住宿体验就像噩梦，台湾酒店理应注重细节，谁知给我的感觉只是：敷衍和小气。 不建议去！
