It was not too close to May 4th square. We had to walk 20-30 minutes. The pillows were kind of flat and the bed was very uncomfortable. The front desk people were super nice. The problem was the swimming pool. I was asked to wear a cap to use the pool. Since I do my bring a cap I had to pay 100 yuan to buy two cheap caps for me and my daughter. When we were in the pool we could not swim freely sine there was a swimming lesson. There were five students literally taking up the pool. We had to sneak through their practice to swim. The water was filthy. If there was a lesson they should have posted a schedule so hotel guests would avoid the lesson.

Nice hotel!!

The hotel is close to the subway station, the room is large, and the staff is friendly. Everything was good, but in the non-smoking hotel, other guests smoked in the rooms and hallways, which was very inconvenient. The hotel fully sympathized and considered. So we stayed well for the rest of the year and came back. Thank you for all staffs !!

Affordable stay but minor issue with room temperat

Affordable stay at a 4-star hotel. But our rooms were too hot. When we pointed out that the room temperature felt like 28 degrees when we set it at 23 degrees, the response of the reception was "it is winter. heating is turned on during the winter. try turning off the heater or open the window." Sorry but heaters are supposed to automatically turn off once the room temperature exceeds the set temperature. And even when we turned off heating and opened the window, the room temperature still did not drop.

Central location, outstanding customer service, Katherine (Wenwen) went beyond to rectify a misunderstanding with house keeping, issue not only resolved in a timely manner, but also made sure it’s done to complete satisfaction. Will definitely stay here again.
