The first impression of the hotel was fine - it was fairly new and the reception was pretty good. However, I am so disappointed with how they run the business. Everything, literally everything costs money. The pool, sauna, fitness room, and even their ping pong tables. It's not cheap, either!! Why, why? The worst part is their Ondol rooms. We chose that option because it's unique to the Korean culture. Oh, we regretted our decision as soon as we saw the futons. What a joke... They are barely an inch thick and so unbearable. The second night, we called the front desk to ask for one more futon as my husband had serious back pain from sleeping on the (almost) bare floor. They said they could accommodate that for about 20 USD per futon!! Seriously, people... I really don't think they should be called futons. We are NEVER GOING BACK.
