A modern seafront property 'Glanmor' enjoys uninterrupted views of Cardigan Bay. Wake up to the sound of the waves breaking on the Blue Flag beach just yards from the front door. Take tea on the balcony looking out towards St Tudwal's islands. Enjoy the central location, ideal for exploring the best attractions that North Wales has to offer. The house has 2 ground floor bedrooms sharing a luxury shower room, a 1st floor open plan living space with balcony, and a large bedroom and family bathroom on the upper floor. There is covered storage for watersports equipment or bicycles (ask), and a laundry. Full GCH throughout and a 'baby room' with cot off the master bedroom.
Size-wise it is on the smaller size. It's perfect for small families and couples. Maximum realistic occupancy is 4 adults and two children.

The property is exceptional, it is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and has everything you need - the panoramic views of the sea from the balcony are incredible. Lovely three story modern house on seafront, with balcony and garden, check in by key code.Kitchen well equipped with everything you should need including a coffee maker.Downstairs utility room & washing machine, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom & a bedroom with bunk beds, upstairs is all in one kitchen diner with balcony to make the most of the lovely views, on the next floor, a double bedroom , bathroom with bath and hand held shower there is also a cot room. It’s a short walk via a path that is by the side of house that leads you into town,with many shops & facilitys, the area is in close proximity of many interesting places to visit, and some amazing walks right from your doorstep. The owner Guy left milk, a Bara brith & a lovely bottle of wine , which makes you feel special.
