Come and enjoy a stay in the heart of nature in this superb new chalet, located in Puyvalador, in the Pyrenees Orientales, in the heart of the Capcir region.
The chalet can accommodate up to 10 people and comprises a large living room with a sitting area around the wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms. Pretty terrace and large garden open onto nature. Outdoor parking. Bed linen and towels included. Ideal for a relaxing stay in summer or winter!

Ground floor:
- Entrance with storage space for sledges or skis
- Living room approx. 30 m² with :
Sitting area with sofa, TV, wood-burning stove. Firewood supplied.
Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, hotplates, kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee maker and Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee/cappuccino machine, raclette and fondue machines... The chalet does not have a dishwasher.

First floor:
Accessed by a wooden staircase, you'll find two large bedrooms of 22 and 27 m².

Très beau chalet au calme

Très bon séjour dans ce chalet récent et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Malgré l’emplacement au calme, accès facile aux commodites (epicerie, pharmacie …) Chalet confortable et bien équipé. L'accueil des propriétaires est tres bon, toujours disponibles et attentifs à nos besoins. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir.

Dommage que tout soit en travaux autour … impossible de dormir … travaux à 1m50 de la maison …

Impossible de dormir les 10 premiers jours à cause de la construction d’un chalet à 1m50 de celui ci … Aucune solution trouvée par abritel , car les travaux n’étant spas dans la propriété mais à 1 mètre … En attente d’une solution avec le propriétaire alors que les clefs sont déjà rendues après 13 nuits passées la bas … Ménage hors de prix et obligatoire ( même si on la laisse propre comme lors de chacuns de nos passage en location )… A ce jour je ne sais pas si je relouerais avec abritel JG
