One bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm). Baby equipment: cot, bathtub, high chair, and potty.

Outside: Private enclosed garden of 2000m² with a gate providing access to the forest at the rear. 100m² terrace, two bicycles available, table tennis, Molkky, darts, and pétanque.
Fiber optic Wi-Fi, garage for motorcycles. This detached, single-story house, built in the 1970s, has hiking trails starting right on the property. Water sports on the Charente River are nearby. The cottage is bright, comfortable, and offers complete privacy.
