The Blue House with four cozy holiday apartments is located in the tranquil village of Lonvitz, just 1 km from Putbus.
The narrow-gauge railway stop, which is affectionately known as “Rasender Roland”, is about 400 m from the house. Putbus, the so-called White City, got its name from the huge Putbusser Park with its bright white townhouses, the castle and the orangery in the classicist architectural style.

Activities nearby: The “Rasende Roland”, a historic steam train, runs from Putbus-Lauterbach. Take a day trip with the steam train to the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren. Guided tours to the uninhabited island of Vilm, which is approx. 2.5 km from Lauterbach, also start from the port of Putbus. You can also try fresh smoked fish in the harbor on the MS Dicke Berta - the Rügan people consider the fish to be the best smoked fish on the entire island.

We had a wonderful stay at Ferienwohnungen Blaues Haus! The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings, and we loved taking a ride on the Rasender Roland to the Baltic Sea, The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home, We'll definitely be back!

Zimmer nicht richtig sauber Taschentücher hinter dem Nachttisch Wohnung wurde vorher mit einem Schimmel mittel behandelt weil die Wohnung komplett nach Chlor gestunken hat . Schimmel ist wenn ein Badezimmer kein Fenster hat vorprogrammiert. Man sollte dann einfach immer lüften und öfter nach der Wohnung schauen.

Leider lag bei Ankunft keine Bettwäsche bereit, obwohl diese inkludiert war. Nach mehreren Telefonaten wurde diese 3 Stunden später geliefert. Die Wohnung war schlecht gereinigt, überall Spinnenweben und Spinnen! Das Innenleben der Küche (vor allem Müllbehälter) waren dreckig! Der Teppich hat auch seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Das ausziehbare Schlafsofa ist defekt und seeeeehr unbequem. Die Insektenschutzgitter sind defekt und müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt wäre eine Grundreinigung dringend nötig!
