Exclusive house directly by the water in the resort Lauterbach on Ruegen Bodden. The house with 211 m² of living space and 4 bedrooms is an ideal place to unwind. recharge and power, but also alsTreffpunkt for families and friends with well equipped kitchen and diverse discussion and retreat zones. It enjoys a quiet location on a 1500 m² plot with private water access. From the house, the terrace and the plot you have a fantastic panoramic view across the sea, to the island of Vilm and the neighboring harbor in Lauterbach. The house was completely renovated in 2013.
Environment: The cultural capital of Rügen, Putbus, with the palace gardens and shopping is only 3 km. The Binz can be reached in about 15 km.

Perfect house for a family vacation

We are not familiar with Ruegen - so it was fun to discover the island but the best part of the holiday was the Bauhaus house. There were 7 in our party and the living space was perfect with a large living/dining/kitchen area downstairs, a large living area upstairs and a large outside seating area - all with fabulous views of the Baltic and the mysterious island of Vilm. The garden leads down to the sea and there is a rowing boat provided so you can row out and swim. The locals are incredibly friendly and helpful (particularly Steffi who manages the property) - and very tolerant our our inability to communicate effectively in German - despite our best efforts! The property was so well equipped we were able to eat in most evenings using local produce and lots of local beer (think Come Dine With Me) - but the restaurants we tried were also all good and reasonably priced. (We discovered that Englisch steak is (somewhat counterintuitively) rare.) Must visit: Binz beach and Prora. Very much recommended

Wohlfühlhaus in Traumlage

Wir sind als 6- köpfige Familie angereist. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ausreichend Platz für alle. Im Erdgeschoss der große Esstisch, der auch für Spieleabende einlud, oben im Wohnzimmer die Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten für alle und immer eine schöne Aussicht auf den Bodden. Die Kücheneinrichtung mit dem gesamten Inventar war überaus üppig. Aber leider müssen wir einen Punktabzug geben aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit. Ansonsten ist dieses Haus wirklich sehr empfehlenswert AaufBodBodden Bodden

Super Location, gerne wieder

4 Pärchen 70+ haben dort ihr alljährliches Seminargruppentreffen verbracht, 4 Übernachtungen. Die Ausstattung mit 4 Doppelzimmern und 2 Bädern, Küche, und Sitzgruppen / Tische im Haus, auf Terasse und im Garten ist perfekt. Die Küche ist perfekt und komplett ausgestattet, so dass diesbezüglich keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Bodden ist perfekt. PKW-Stellplätze vorhanden, und ein Holzkohlegrill stand zur Verfügung. Insofern 5 Sterne mit Sahnehäubchen! Noch so eine perfekte Ferienwohnung / -haus erlebt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Der ausführlichen Beschreibung aller Bedingungen auf der fewo-Webseite ist vollständig zuzustimmen.

Auch diese Jahr schön

Unsere Kurzreise mit Freunden auch dieses Jahr in dem Haus war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist schon deutlich über dem Durchschnitt und die Absprachen waren einfach. Freundliche Kontaktperson direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Gerne wieder nächstes Jahr.

Grosszügiges Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern direkt am Meer gelegen. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Bei Ankunft waren jedoch die Abfallbehälter in der Küche gefüllt mit Müll von den Vormietern; auch die Abwaschmaschine war voller Geschirr. Ein grosser Mangel ist aber das fehlende Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank! Wir haben jedoch die tolle Lage sehr genossen.

Das Ferienhaus ist super. Best ausgestattete Küche. Ansonsten war Rügen eine herbe Enttäuschung. Keine Sehenswürdigkeiten, nicht behinderten gerecht, kaum strandzugang. Restaurants waren die schlechtesten, die wir je erlebten. Also war es gut, dass wir selber kochen konnten. Alle Leute waren sehr nett!!!!!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung innen (inkl. Küche) und außen ist sehr gut, auch wenn wir die Sitzplätze draußen wegen des Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar, ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist großartig. Die Schlafzimmer sind teilweise etwas eng bzw. die Betten zu breit für die Zimmer. Und in der Küche haben wir eine Teekanne vermißt. Aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten im Vergleich zu den Vorzügen!

Großzügiges Ferienhaus in Traumlage

Das Haus war herrlich am Bodden gelegen. Auch wenn es nicht gereizt hat von dort im Bodden zu schwimmen so haben wir die wunderbare Aussicht von der Terrasse und vom Balkon sehr genossen. Selbst wenn das Wetter nicht so toll war konnten wir das Meer durch die schönen großen Fenster beobachten. Die großzügige Ausstattung der Küche war herrlich und hat uns in vielerlei Hinsicht sehr verwöhnt und unterstützt. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit, vielen Dank

Eine Woche im Regen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage des Objektes ist einfach eine Klasse für sich, selbst bei Dauerregen kann man abends gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Bodden. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken und auch der Strand von Binz ist gut mit dem Auto oder dem Rasenden Roland erreichbar.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Lage und die Unterkunft sind sehr empfehlenswert. Top Ausstattung. Allein die Küchenaustattung mega. Einzig ein Gefrierfach hat gefehlt. Super ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht auf den Bodden ist ein Traum. Wenn man noch vom Grundstück aus baden könnte, wäre es perfekt! Aber das geht leider nicht so gut. Am Zugang und auch im Wasser ist Seegras. Aber das ist "Meckern auf höchstem Niveau"!!! Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus in traumhafter Umgebung!!!
