Stay on the outskirts of the Vienna Woods, let yourself be woken up by twittering birds and enjoy breakfast in a glass-veranda from where you can enjoy the sight of the rolling hills of the Vienna Woods. If you want to attend cultural events in Vienna, the highly efficient underground U4 will take you to the city-centre - where most of the historical sites are situated - in just a few minutes. (In fact, it takes only 30 minutes from the living-room to St. Stephen’s Square and 20 minutes to the castle Schönbrunn which may well be faster than from a central district in Vienna as you do not have to change trams or buses).

Shopping: Shops, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets etc. are situated within a few minutes’ walk. A shopping-mall with a cinema-complex is 10 minutes away.

Sports: For those who like sports there is a mountain bike-trail (there are bikes for rent) in front of and a hiking trail behind the house which lead you directly into the Vienna Woods. There is a swimming pool only 5 minutes away and a lake in Tullnerfeld only 30 minutes away. There is free parking in front of the house as well as facilities where you can leave your bicycle.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub in einem Wohlfühlambiente direkt vor Wien

Unser Gastgeber Herr Dickmanns hat uns bereits am Eingangstor herzlich in Empfang genommen und war stets ansprechbar, sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. 
In der großzügig ausgestatteten Penthouse-Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden es besonders erholsam, nach unseren Wanderungen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung eine der drei Terrassen mit wunderbarem Blick über den Wienerwald zu genießen. Besonders angenehm war die schnelle Verbindung nach Wien sowohl mit der Bahn als auch mit dem Auto, so dass wir uns zugleich an den Attraktivitäten der Großstadt erfreuen konnten. Unser Aufenthalt war genauso wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten - ideal sowohl für Wienerkundungen wie auch für Wanderungen im Wienerwald, so dass wir dieses charmante Feriendomizil wärmstens weiterempfehlen können. Herzlichen Dank an den liebenswürdigen Gastgeber.

Geweldige en aparte vakantiewoning

Wij hebben genoten van onze week in het penthouse van deze mooie villa en de ontvangst was allerhartelijkst, evenals het tussentijdse contact met de eigenaren. Het Wienerwald strekt zich uit achter de villa en met de trein naar Wenen is 15 minuten. Ook de Wachau is een mooi gebied voor een autotocht. Alles bij elkaar een echte aanrader.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war so wie in derAnzeige beschrieben. Zwar liegt sie etwas ausserhalb von Wien, aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man recht schnell im Zentrum. Dafür hat man durch die ruhige Lage direkt am Wienerwald den absoluten Erholungswert.Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort und können es nur weiterempfehlen .

Im Wienerwald und doch In Wien

Die Villa Marie in Purkersdorf besuche ich gerne wieder. Ihre ruhige Lage direkt am Wald und die gut Verkehrsanbindung zur Weltstadt Wien macht Freude. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und komfortabel. Die Gastgeber freundlich, gut informiert und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Tage in Wien

Die Wohnung ist ganz toll. Genauso wie beschrieben. Sehr großzügig und ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Diese schöne alte Haus hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war mehr als vorbildlich. Er hat sich super um alles gekümmert. Wir haben uns am Flughafen ein Leihauto genommen, um in Purkersdorf mobil zu sein. Allerdings haben wir für unsere Ausflüge nach Wien die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzt. Danke nochmal an Herrn Dickmanns für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.
