Average stay but balcony had monkeys
Good stay. But a lot to improve on the service, clear information regarding check in and check out timings, daily room cleaning with bed sheet change and towels daily should be given to guest, cab/taxi assistance for guest during stay, don’t suddenly call the guest and ask them to check out on a sudden short time saying 24hrs check in and check out time, speak politely with guest, give clarity, allow a few hours of extension during check out, provide good drinking water daily in the room, talk and explain clearly when guests ask few questions regarding stay, food, taxi facility, alternate or extensions during check out due to an emergency etc. how u behave during check in behave the same during check out and help the guest with carrying luggage as you don’t have lift facility. Please improve on these points then I’m sure you will earn respect and money. Jai Jagganath
