Modernized house with full kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with Queen Size Beds and 1 with Bunks), new bathroom, Deck with ocean and mountain views.
4mins drive or 30min scenic coastal cliff walk to the Diamond Harbour Ferry and 40mis drive to Christchurch City.
For your convenience, Diamond Harbour has a Supermarket, Restaurant / Craft brewery, two cafes and a Fish and Chip Shop.
Parking for Vehicles and boats on the property + plenty of on street parking.
