A real Canarian house created in the heartwood of the Canarian pine
Hidden behind palm trees, facing south, alone and yet close to the village, the Casa Palmera nestles in the garden. The real Canarian, ivy-covered house has been restored with lots of love and effort and offers a very special atmosphere.
The well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, large fridge with separate freezer compartment invites you to cook. Pine table and chairs adorn the beautiful dining area. The energized drinking water comes from the mountains.
Living room with comfortable seating, sofa bed, satellite-TV, internet connection, CD player.
One bedroom with a bed of 180 x 200 cm, built-in closet and door to the seat, the second bedroom with a bed of 140 x 190 cm, wardrobe and bookcase. A door leads over the patio to the bathroom.
There are two wet rooms available. A large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, built-in closet and hairdryer, a small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Storage room with washing machine, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.
All rooms are equipped with granite heater. There is also a Swedish stove in the living room. Wood is available in the garden shed.
All woodwork is made from the heartwood of the Canarian pine. Total living area 95 m². Parking directly at the house.

Ein Wohlfühlort
Wir haben eine Woche in der Casa Palmera verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus ist urig, gemütlich eingerichtet und so perfekt ausgestattet, dass keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Der Garten ist wahrlich ein magischer Ort, mit wunderschönen Ausblicken, zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer üppigen Blumenpracht. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, dass man zwar ganz für sich und sehr ruhig wohnt, aber trotzdem in 10 Minuten zu Fuß Restaurants und Supermärkte im Ort erreichen kann.
Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders machte, war die Herzlichkeit und Fürsorge unserer Gastgeberinnen Elisabeth und Brigitte - ob Mietwagen, Restaurantempfehlung, Wandervorschlag - sie haben sich unaufdringlich, aber ganz großartig um uns gekümmert.
Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen!

Super Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten in perfekter Lage
Das traditionelle palmerische Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet. Das Grundstück liegt mit Meerblick und ganz tollem Garten mit Palmen und Drachennbäumen ganz hervorragend am unteren Rand von Puntagorda. Zudem ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und für einen erholsamen Urlaub ideal. Die Vermieterinnen bzw. Hausverwalterin sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt also alles perfekt und empfehlenswert.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten und freiem Blick auf den Atlantik
Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Palmera Ende Januar 2018 hätte nicht schöner sein können. Die Realität übertrifft die Fotos. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Elisabeth ist eine sehr aufmerksame und sympathische Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für alles!

La maison d'Erich et Elisabeth est nichée dans un magnifique jardin, au calme avec une très belle vue.
