My car is broken and we dont arrived the hotel in punta rucia....we was not in this beautiful hotel
Excellent service! Great location! The ocean view is gorgeous!
Could get better service in an All Inclusive Hotel, Puerto Plata, for about the same price. Staff was awesome very nice and helpful. However, no 24 hour front desk which is across the street.. At around 11:30 I went to go to sleep notice that there was existing beach sand in between my sheets went to get them changed but never found anyone so we slept above towels. Breakfast was yummy... Pricey for what it is but you could probably justify the price because of the beach... It's beautiful.. Next time I will stay in Puerto Plata and drive an hour 1/2 for Cayo Arena.
