Overall, the resort was nice. Short staffed at some of the restaurants causing them to not be open. Rooms are nice; but ours was right above one of the restaurants, so we could smell the fryer. Drain in the shower was plugged. If you like all-inclusive, go here. No access to the beach. Pool was huge & beautiful.

Every detail was spotless and on point as far as comfort and cleanliness . Pools a solid 10 . Wanted to stay longer but couldn’t . Although the Allegiant Sports Bar wasn’t open during 2 days of the Olympics , and 1 worker didn’t like the Canadian mens hockey team , they still need to iron out a few things but would highly reccomend and would definitely come back

The whole point of me booking this resort was the rooftop pool, they don’t tell you until you check in that you need an actual reservation to access the rooftop pool. Of course it was completely booked and when you go on the website there’s no option to even reserve that so I’m not even sure how people are making reservation or know to do that? I still was trying to figure it at during my stay and everyone says I need to go upstairs to put my name on the waiting list yet the rooftop is locked? So how you you get in the waitlist? Anyways we tried to make the best of it and enjoy the other pool, every chair was taken over with towels, we couldn’t even get close to the pool, walking around sweating with our cocktails in our hands with nowhere to sit. We were hoping to be in the adults only section “rooftop” with no children and and no over crowded pool. Nonetheless it was not relaxing after spending that much money to be at a “resort” very misleading.
