Nothing unique. I got a cabana and asked to have one next day called us and gave it to someone, even tho the Indian Mananger said there was a 30 min period, we called back within 5 min (I have proof) smelly hall ways, people smoking week, there was as no cooler or speakers policy, but apparently Cuban people are exempt from it, manager don’t care. If you have kids and want to spend money don’t come here it’s horrible. All these Cuban people smoking weed and playing loud music. I’m Hispanic but I’m paying $900 per night, all of this commotion shouldn’t be allowed. For everyone wanting to have a nice peaceful time with your family this is definitely not the place

This is an incredible resort. The staff is awesome, friendly and very helpful. So many food options something for everyone. The big swimming pool is beautiful. And the rooftop infinity pool for adults only is a great place to have a drink and a bite to eat while watching sunset incredible. Overall very affordable I would expect a place like this to cost 500 - 1000 a night we paid like 200 night with fees included. Will definitely be back

The walk from the elevator to the room was very long. I passed 20 other rooms before reaching mine. That's a lot when carrying bags. It cost 25$ a day to park seems expensive for a paying guest. The pool is nice but who wants to carry all their gear half a block? The best place their is the bar on the top floor. I did not go to any restaurants.

The hotel & view are beautiful. The service lacked. It took 4 days to get a waiter at the pool to acknowledge us. Our server at Half-cracked could not keep up with her 3 tables she had and kept apologizing for taking so long. The icing on the cake was our first morning when we were greeted at the pool by the attendant telling us all about her period and that’s why it was so tough to do her job. I did report it to the front desk staff who first offered us a $12.50 drink voucher (remember, we were struggling to get service) and said they would pass it on to management to handle. By that time we were checking out.

food in cafeteria area is expensive. 1 cheese pizza and 1 order of nachos was $50. Otherwise, the accommodations, staff, pool areas are amazing. The $40 a day resort fee was unfortunate being that it was 45 degrees and we couldn't use the pool areas. Definitely a wonderful place and would stay there again. Just know you're paying $28-35/day for parking whether its self or valet.

Awesome place!! Staff is amazing!! Very clean so many places to eat, pools were fantastic. Definitely a place to put on your to do list.

My husband and I took a weekend vacation at the resort just to celebrate my birthday and it was fantastic! Enjoyed the rooftop pool, Massage at the beautiful spa and great views all around.
