The resort was beautiful! Mostly very clean in all main areas but the Level Blue pool area. The service was get everywhere except the Level Blue pool area. Level Pool area is for adult guests and you have to reserve a time to be up there and have to spent at least $25.00. Well you are supposed to have servers bring you drinks and food up there but that never happened for us, unfortunately. We had to go get our own drinks. There were cups and debris left on lounge chairs and tables and was not what we were expecting. We had spent the first part of our day down at the main pool with was gorgeous and the serve was spot on and very clean. Music was great and could hear very well. We recommend main pool over the roof pool. Oh and the music at Level Blue was poor and hardly hear it.
The resort also charges a resort fee of $45.00 a day which we didn’t know until we checked in(which is ridiculous for what you pay per night). For 2 adults to eat breakfast and Half Cracked (only real full breakfast option) cost $49.98.That is 2 eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast with 1 coffee other had water. At home a meal like that for 2 is usually $25.00
I don’t think we will be going back.
