Burnt Store Marina is a gated community spread out over 600 acres with diverse housing styles. Located on Charlotte Harbor, only 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico through the Boca Grande Pass, we are surrounded by barrier islands with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world by way of boat or car. Our community is also unique in that it is one of the few gated communities with both a 27-hole golf course and a privately-owned marina. Don’t forget to visit our 3 restaurants, Cass Cay and the Trading Post down at the marina, and, Linkside Café at the golf club. Also within our gates are many independent businesses offering yacht & charter services, golf cart sales/rentals, kayak rentals, boat rentals and more.

The condo was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary pans, dishes. We loved the beautiful porch and spent hours out there playing cards and relaxing. Burnt Store Marina is a beautiful well-kept area and safe. We enjoyed breakfasts at the Trading Post which was a nice walk in the morning. CassCay had great burgers and and music. This was our first visit to Punta Gorda and we will sure vacation there again!

The host was fabulous. They communicated when we initially booked and gave us all the information we needed leading up to arrival. The condo is beautiful and everything works as it should. The fourth floor view of the marina is fantastic. Looking out at the manatees, was quite a sight. The beds are very comfortable and the living room is just right. Kitchen has all the supplies you need to provide meals. The bathrooms are clean and bright. You won’t regret a stay in this unit any time of year.

Burnt store marina is a wonderful place to stay.Had a few issues that management took care of.The condo was decorated very nice.Only negative thing would be location.You have a little bit of drive to stores and restaurants.Their also doing work in area and start very early..

Great Condo with a wonderful view of the Marina and sunsets. We loved the walkability as well. We found the community very friendly and active. We love to golf and having that close by was awesome. Added bonus the weather was great!
