Beautifully decorated Brand New 4 bed, 3 bath seasonal home. Fully equipped and ready! 1 bedroom and bathroom on the main level, 3 bedrooms upstairs with laundry and second living/family room. Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and dining area. Newly paved patio for enjoying the sun. Minutes from Sunseeker Resort, restaurants, shopping, fishing, near all Gulf Beaches and water-sports. There are outdoor cameras on-site solely for security reasons, upon guest checkin the back patio camera is turned off.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
