Brand new golf condo is available for short term rental (30 Days Minimum). The 'Diangelo II' features a den, followed by an open layout among the kitchen, dining room and living room, with access to the lanai for outdoor living. The main bedroom features an on suite bathroom and his and hers closets. The second spacious bedroom is perfect for guests and another full bathroom. Includes a washer and dryer in the unit. Rental includes access to all amenities (fitness center, resort style pools, club house, tennis & pickleball) and a golf membership to Heritage Landing.
