Relax in our fully appointed salt waterfront pool cottage. The open floor plan has a full kitchen with a gas range, dining area, and a breakfast bar. From the family room, step out onto the screened pool patio and lanai. The pool deck is overlooking a gorgeous saltwater canal with access to Peace River and no fixed bridges. Sit on the dock watching picturesque sunsets and wildlife. Bring your boat.

This is a great location close to Harbour Heights Park and all its amenities: boat ramps, canoe/kayak ramps, basketball, fishing, playground, etc. Enjoy Punta Gorda’s fabulous downtown with many restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. Easy access to US-41 and I-75. It's home to many events including a Saturday Farmer's Market, wine walks, art fairs, boat tours, convenient to the Punta Gorda airport, and has 18 miles of bike and pedestrian trails connecting the city.

Winter vacation

House was nice location and was clean. We really enjoyed the heated pool. Would definitely stay again.
