Stayed for 10 days with my husband and dog. Very comfortable, well-appointed house with a fully fenced back yard. You can enjoy the can the canal view from every room. Beautiful sunrises. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Wonderful stay!

Lovely home in a great location with a beautiful view. Plus so convenient to have an attached garage for our car. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the lanai with the great view. It was very quiet & relaxing.

Great PGI Canal home

Quiet area with nice canal view. Spent lots of time watching the junior Tarpon play as well as the mullets flying through the air. Home needs a few upgrades but is spacious with great layout plus screen patio.

We enjoyed our stay at this home and are thankful for homeowner sharing it with us. This home is in a great neighborhood. And great location with the canal right out the back yard. The home is a older Florida home but has had some renovations to it. The shower in master bath needs upgraded, the freezer needs fixed, wouldn’t keep ice cream, ruined two boxes. Overall we enjoyed our stay .

Fantastic view and great host!

We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! David, the owner of the property, made us feel welcomed and available at all times to answer any questions we had. We spent a lot of our time on the lanai taking in the beautiful views of the canal, met the friendly neighbors and able to really relax. Great location for getting around town. Thank you, David!
