Out of season look somewhere else.

Out of season there is no reason to stay at this place -- it's pretty bad. The heating is a window AC (noisey) and the furniture is junk. It looks like they are waiting to tear the whole building down. In season it fills up b/c there are no other options nearby and it's cheap.

The room was not clean at all and the overall condition of the place was with really high humidity and moho. The reception super clean and the person who received us really good, but the room and bathroom was far away from that

El staff es excelente siempre atento, resuelve dudas y servicial. Áreas comunes muy buenas y bien equipadas, pero en nuestro caso el problema grave fue la ventilación, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el baño no tiene ninguna ventilación (sin ventanas y extractor dañado), cortina de baño de tela , lo que aumentaba aún más la humedad en el baño. Y la ventana de la habitación casi no circulaba aire. Solo por este último punto dudaría en regresar

Stayed here Jan 10–17. Unfortunately my room was in very poor condition and cleanliness was not acceptable. The bed sheets had hair and multiple stains. The shower curtain also had hair. The towels had visible stains. The bathroom smelled bad and had small flies. The bathroom window appeared to be screwed shut with screws. The walls had black scuff marks from heavy wear. I’m not expecting luxury, but basic cleanliness should be non negotiable. Based on my experience I can’t recommend this place.

Ambiente social muito aconchegante. Espaços para sentar, compartilhar com amigos e cozinha de uso comum muito equipada e organizada. Café da manhã razoável, sem proteína, repleto de massas - carboidratos, fruta minúscula. Não tem buffet no café - servido na mesa por pessoa.

De frente pro mar, perto de tudo, habitações muito boas, super seguro na questão das senhas da porta de entrada e do quarto, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, só a limpeza do banheiro e da roupa de cama estavam ruins, com pelos, e muitas, muitas traças no teto.

Atende, Localização ótima

O Hotel em si atende, a localização é o ponto mais forte, próximo do centro e de toda parte badalada de Punta, você consegue fazer tudo a pé. Tem um Hall grande e charmoso, acho que peca na habitação, não pelo quarto e sim pelo banheiro do quarto, além de pequeno, você percebe que falta manutenção, as janelas eram bem antigas e não fechavam direito. O ar condicionado é bem antigo e barulhento, pra quem tem sensibilidade a roídos, irá incomodar. Ficamos 2 noites e a estadia nos atendeu bem, nada que atrapalhasse mas é bom levar em consideração esses pontos. Mesmo assim voltaria, pois o custo benefício é justo e atende, principalmente pela sua localização.
