First of all, I don’t understand how you can rent a property in such a bad condition, the bathroom showers didn’t work, the beds were in bad condition and cabinets were also in bad shape, in some rooms, the AC didn’t work, the hot water never worked, the pool was never full. Some of the sinks were clogged. There were dirty pots left there that made the whole house smell bad and attracted flies inside We wanted to leave as soon as we arrived, called customer service and submitted pictures and videos, and finally the customer service from Expedia is on of the worst! We’re still waiting for a resolution to our complaint and request for refund.
Shower head was Brocke and pretty dirty.
