The neighborhood:

Our unit is located in Dominicus, Bayahibe; this is an incredible touristic town full of restaurants and night entertainment. Dominicus boasts amazing beaches, and is the starting point for multiple excursions to places like Saona Island and Catalina Island.

There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and liquor stores around.

➜*SNOWBIRD* Snowbird Season is December through March on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for December-January is at a premium of $2,000 p/ month plus fees. The monthly rate for February and March is $1,800 per month, but Dec. & Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate of $1800 p/ month plus fees. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

➜ Renters staying 7 nights or more are responsible for the electrical bill. The meter will be read at the check in and check out. A $200 US refundable deposit will be charged before check in.
