Room was clean, definitely could use some updating but everything was clean and in working order. The staff overall was Excellent!! Shoutout to David, Ariel, Javier, and many others that made us feel like family. Food was good, getting into restaurants was OK we only could get into the steakhouse. Buffets were good with a lot of variety.

The bed sheets were not changed daily. Six or seven years ago, when I stayed at the same hotel, it was much better. They used to do daily room decorations with flowers and towels in each room. This time, there was nothing. The Christmas dinner was also just so-so, with very little decoration.
