The condo is in a nice building and the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions. However, we quickly found that many basic amenities were either missing or broken. There were no hand towels or beach towels, we had no hand soap and very little toilet paper when we arrived. The host was able to provide some of that when we let her know. The coffee carafe was broken (and didn’t get replaced), the only 2 wine glasses are cracked and the beach is NOT within a walking distance that we could tell. The shuttle service doesn’t not have a schedule, the only way we could get a shuttle was to ask someone to call him for us (as we did not have an overseas phone plan). We tried to do a load of laundry but it wet our clothes and then an error message lit up. We had to ask ppl in another unit (who we just met) to use their laundry. The chairs provided for the beach were old, rusted and broken. Overall we didn’t mind the location and the view overlooking the pool is lovely, but there are many easy improvements that can be made here to make a guests stay much more comfortable and relaxed.
