Hotel is called Cadaqués so it was an issue to find!! At check-in I was asked for my form of payment without them even looking up my reservation, mind you I had pre-paid everything. Then when we was finally checked-in the room they had gave me double beds when I had paid for a superior studio with a King bed. When we went back to the reception and asked to speak to the supervisor she had the nerve to tell me that they didn't have anymore rooms available and what's the problem with us sleeping in 2 beds mind you am on vacation with my husband. After all the back and fourth they finally gave us a King room, and again not the one I had booked. The room was old looking and had a terrible smell like it hadn't been used in a long time. The room had no phone to call the front desk or in case of any emergency, the wifi was terrible, the remote to the air conditioner had dead batteries so we had to keep switching the batteries from the TV's remote. The food is horrible. The staff are not knowledgeable at all. There is no night life or entertainment. And to top the cake the bars close at 6pm so you left with no choice but to go to the bar at the beach which closes at 11pm. But keep in mind, we paid for an all-inclusive stay,I was being charged for drinks They only provide no frills disgusting liquor & presidente beer everything else is cash bar and you must pay there, there is no billing it to your room. The waterpark opens for 2 hours 3-5pm. Weare is a joke starting with management!!

We chose this hotel because it only has 60 rooms. We were looking for less party, loud, obnoxious interactions. The night life is non existent. Elevator music and everything shuts down by 11 pm. Even still, we enjoyed that more than the "spring break" type constant party! And made lots of friends from around the world! The workers are friendly, however, many of them speak NO English at all. Brush up on your Spanish for this one! Roovel the pool bartender is the BEST and is taking an English course. Ask him about a "Kevin on the Beach" or a "Roovel Especial." In the dining area Maria is a gem of a server. Junior at reception is a wonderful guy too! There is a "sports bar" above reception that has the best hot wings EVER, and Charo is a great bartender. Other than the sports bar, there's only one place to eat. The food is good, and they will try to accomodate any requests you may have. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here.....and my hubby and I might possibly go again someday!

Staff was very hospitable, polite, and very caring and helpful. Very pleased Look forward to returning again.

From the moment we arrived, we had nothing but a positive experience here! Our room was nice, the bed was comfortable, showers did not get too hot, but was fine since it's hot there. The food was good, some nights the had fresh exotic seafood like conch... fish was fresh, dessert options were okay, but the dining experience there is beautiful, you sit with the ocean view and it's beautiful! The staff in the dining are kind and work really hard and really try to please the guests... the beach is nice, there is snorkeling around their little pier, which by the way, I think this is the only resort in Dominicus/Bayahibe to have such a pier that extends out where u can sunbathe at. My favorite thing about this resort is the leisure team! They work so hard and with such great energy to get the guests involved and make us have a good time!!. From games, to line dancing, to teaching dominican dance moves, the leisure team is the best!! Big ups to Francisco and Jordan! The bartenders by the beach are nice and work hard, especially Gregory! The water park at the resort was fun, my daughter and I really enjoyed our time at Cadaques Bayahibe!!! Would love to return one day soon!!!

My experience at the hotel was pleasant. Only had one slight issue when the bathroom roof began to leak. I reported it to the front desk but had to go back a second time in order for maintenance to show up. When they did show up the problem was resolved immediately as the bathroom above ours had the leak. It is a true meaning of all inclusive. Food was on point and so were the drinks. The staff were very friendly. A special shout out to Gabriella the waitress who ALWAYS had a smile on her face and very pleasant to all. Also the bartender Carlos. However the TV should have more options of English channel. I understand that it is a Spanish speaking country but it should also cater a little bit more in entertainment for those of us whose main language is English. I also did not have a working room phone during the entire stay. Our room was very clean and housekeeping cleaned it daily and changed our towels. The water park is a great thing for the kids and my daughter enjoyed every minute of it. Relaxation on the beach and pool side was awesome especially the dock at the beach. Overall I will visit here again.

I love how everything about this hotel. It was a quiet place, family oriented and is perfect to disconect and relax.

Rooms smell bad then ac was dripping on the bed I won't recommend it to anyone

Nice family place....quiet and clean,,,,,amazing family getaway . clean rooms

The Hotel and Grounds were very nice and well kept. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The pool area was good. The beach area for the activities were well maintained with a nice deck area that extends into the ocean. The actual beach shoreline was not good because of the it was mostly rocky, so I didn't try to go into the ocean. There was really only one restaurant choice since the Italian restaurant only accepts cash and it was open only one night during my stay. The restaurant that was available had a good breakfast menu. The dinner menu was good but I wish it would have a better selection of the local cuisine rather than trying to satisfy the tourist. You should go to a different country to enjoy the different tastes and flavors of the local food. The service was good but I think it helped that we already spoke Spanish which made the interaction easier.

Pool with water park for kids, beach was not good, too many rocks and seaweeds.the room was not ready at check in at 3 pm.food was ok not too expensive .beds were too small
