5 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, on-site cook and housekeeping, family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for a game of pool, or another upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front gardens.

The bigger pool heated of Tortuga Bay (84 F, 50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiants.

Outdoor movie screen and sound system. The screen can be seen from the pool, lower terrace and upper terrace.

Property is surrounded by lush vegetation and palms giving you plenty of privacy. Plenty of space for the kids to run and play.

The trip couldn't have gone better. The entire staff was so welcoming and accommodating. Any questions were answers within minutes - we barely had to lift a finger. The house is gorgeous and plenty of space to spread out. We had 13 people in the house including kids and it was perfect. Would definitely come back!

Family vacation

The Sunshine Villa was the perfect getaway for our family (2 grandparents, 5 adults, 4 kids (ages 3, 4, and 6), and a newborn! A quick 6 minute ride from the airport! The staff had a pack n' play ready and made sure all our sleeping arrangements were as desired. We all stayed comfortably and each family had it's own bathroom (which is key!). The staff of Adelina and Wanda were delightful, often checking in to see what type of services we wanted for the day (bathroom cleaning, towel changes, etc.). They did our laundry upon request, which was turned around in a day! If we went out, they prepared lunch and provided towels! They inquired what time we would return so they could have happy hour drinks prepared for our pool happy hour. The pool was lovely and perfect for the adults and the kiddos. The 1.5-2 foot area was perfect for the little ones and we also brought swimmies for the bigger kids that couldn't yet confidently swim. The chef Jesus prepared all our meals, restaurant style. They were all very good, but our personal favorite was the paella! When we wanted to have two special theme nights, the staff helped decorate and make them special with balloons and festive desserts! We had a lovely week, where we hung at the house for two full pool days. Another day, we went to the local beach at the Westin resort (via golf cart) and while the pools were very nice, we were disappointed the beach was covered in seaweed. Apparently, this is common from roughly May-September. The

We recently stayed at this home in Punta Cana Resort Estates with a group of 6 adults and 6 children, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. They took care of every detail, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The highlight for many of us was the incredible private Chef, who prepared nearly all of our meals with care and creativity. Even on days when we had excursions planned, he thoughtfully packed meals to go so we never missed.The community itself is amazing. Super secure, immaculately maintained grounds, peaceful surroundings, and access to what felt like multiple resort-style areas that we had all to ourselves. The golf carts were an absolute must and made exploring the entire area fun and incredibly convenient.Any small issues that came up were quickly addressed by the owners and staff, which really reinforced the high level of care and professionalism throughout our stay. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxury getaway in Punta Cana.A couple things to keep in mind: communication in English with staff throughout the resort can be challenging, so brushing up on basic Spanish or using a translator app is helpful. Also, the hot water in the showers was occasionally inconsistent. Neither of these were deal breakers for us, but good to be aware of.

Great trip!

We had 2 families with 9 people including 5 teenage girls. The house and pool area was spacious with many seating areas in the sun and shade. The staff was friendly and provided a very high service level. Make sure to get golf carts and visit the other restaurants and properties in the Punta Cana Resort. Overall lots of fun, very safe and would recommend this to others.

This experience was top-notch from the moment we booked the Villa! Leny was extremely proactive regarding transportation, necessary documents, grocery list, and excursions before we arrived. We were greeted by the house staff and property manager, Manuel, as soon as we walked in the villa. Ultra clean, ultra courteous, and ultra accommodating! Best vacation EVER!!

We have stayed at many VRBOs and our stay here has topped them all! Leny was very informative before and during our trip and responded very quickly!Manuel, the house manager, took very good care of us and was able to run to the store for anything we needed at any time!Rafael, the chef cooked all of our meals and they were so delicious!Lucy and Adelina made sure that every request we had was taken care of. They kept the house spotless and did loads of wash for us.The entire trip was amazing! We were so spoiled the entire time. House is huge and spotlessly clean! Highly highly highly recommend.

Sunshine Villa es maravillosa!

We just took our family for a week and it was amazing! The property was every bit as magical as the pictures advertised, but even nicer. So many cozy spots to relax. Sparkiling clean. Great location close to beach, golf and tennis in the golf carts. Beautiful grounds and pool. But two amazing features- outdoor movie screen. But the number one amazing element was the chef team of Rafael, Carmela and Avelina. Three beautiful meals every day - we were so spoiled. The hosts, Olivier and Leny, were excellent communicators, and together with the manager, Manuel, made it a super duper turn key experience. We usually ski at this time of year but if we go for beach, we will go back to Sunshine Villa for sure!

This is a luxury property. It is spacious, clean, and inviting. But there are some small things that need repair (front doors paint peeling). You see that immediately so a quick coat of paint will fix. But here’s the rest… The Good: 1. Excellent food, and service from in house staff; 2. Nice rooms, very clean, no bugs inside 3. House was large enough and accommodated our group very well. 4. Transportation to and from airport was sufficient, clean vehicles 5. Neighborhood and resort are beautiful and quiet, ample beaches and entertainment 6. Resort is top tier with many amenities The Bad 1. House manager Manuel very nice, but after 2nd day was MIA; not returning messages about ANYTHING; charged my husband $120 for a 24 pack of Presidente 2. Upstairs bathrooms had no hot water 3. No bedroom TVs worked in the sense of had any sort of programming, living room TV didn’t connect to WiFi so unusable 4. Pool table missing balls - unable to use 5. No FOOSEBALLS - unable to use 6. Green lines on pool projector screen made almost impossible to watch: BIG disappointment 7. Freezers didn’t freeze anything; not enough ice 8. Stray cats came out in droves at night! 9. Pool not clean on arrival day. All in all, we had a decent enough time but could have been better. I wouldn’t rent this house again without knowing if all this had been addressed. Also, the golf cart should be built in. No one is walking that resort in the DR humidity and if you haven’t rented a car you’re SOL

Wonderful!

We traveled with our 3 teenage grandkids and stayed one week. Everything was first-class! The home is exactly as described and the chef (Antonio) and assistants (Adelina and Mari) were excellent. They accommodated our every wish. The property manager Manuel was very accessible. He checked in on us several times to ensure we were having a good stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and watching movies using the outdoor screen. We were pleasantly surprised by the speed of the internet. The golf cart made the beach very accessible. The beaches were breathtakingly beautiful with clear water and clean sand. The entire resort area was very secure and felt very safe. The PUJ airport was also a surprise. It was very modern and extremely well-staffed for both arrival and departure. The Dominican Republic certainly understands the impact of tourism and it's evident they make it a priority.

Everything about this villa is stunning! The staff made our trip absolutely wonderful!
