Beach was nice overall. Entertainment was good. Beds were hard and pillows flat. They don't provide washcloths to your room unless requested each day. Water pressure in shower is very poor when it's peak times like at 5 pm. Water began to pour through our bathroom ceiling from a leak, we got moved to another room. They will not provide any compensation or free extras for any issues you may have to deal with....their answer is to just move you to another room...

You have to wait in line for breakfast and lunch. The food is scarce, sometimes there are no plates and cups. The beach area is packed to the maximum, people reserve beach chairs at 5am to get shade. The beach is dirty, covered with seaweed. Not coming back.

The A La Carte Restaurants availability suck! We stayed 6 days/5 nights and NEVER had a chance to go ONCE because since we arrived ans left there was all FULL! 😟😏
Buffet was good and the buildings are pretty ! But major problems checking in :( THEY CLOSE THE POOL AT 6:30PM EVERYDAY ! If you check in at 4pm by the time you eat a snack and get in your room the pool is close and you wasted your 1st day ! The beach is the ugliest thanks to the masses of seaweed everywhere:( It’s hot as hell so the best time to get in the pool is in the evening …..

Service horrible, food blah, dirty beach, drinks watered down and cheap liquor in bottles from more expensive ones. Staff doesn’t want to work unless you tip them. Personal barely understand and speaks basic English.

All in all it was 2 out 5. Food was plastic, salvaged every day. Variety is extremely low. Had to change room once because of AC issues. Service is pretty much none existing. If you have a big group of people and simply want to get drunk, you will be ok. Families with kids will have certain struggles. Check in took about 2 hours and from i heard we got lucky
