Perfection!

This was our 2nd time renting this property and we are already planning what dates to secure for next year. The house is magnificent. The pictures are nice but it doesnt do it justice. Its absolutely perfect for large groups and incredibly spacious with many common areas to enjoy. The location is fabulous in every aspect since its such a short ride from the airport, close to the beach, and in a very private and quiet setting on the golf course. However, the BEST part of the experience is the staff. There arent enough words for how amazing each and every meal chef Pio prepared was and Jose the butler will greet you night and day with a smile and cater to your every need. Its an amazing team. We had 19 last year and 18 people this year and every person who has gone says their expectations were blown away and they've never had a vacation experience like this before!!!

Wonderful stay

This was our 2nd spring break trip to the Punta Cana Resort. This year we had a group of 20, 10 adults and 10 kids ages 4-12. We never felt cramped as the house is huge. Joes the butler was wonderful, Juana the local concierge was very responsive and the pre-trip concierge Matilda arranged all of our menu, bar and grocery provisioning, activities, and dinner reservations before we arrived.The house is located very close to the beach club/golf clubhouse. The neighborhood is beautiful - we had several other families stay in houses within the neighborhood - everyone was a 3-5 minute golf cart ride from our house.

Paradise!

We had the best time on our stay. The staff, the food, the location and house were all immaculate. We had a group of 12 adults and 6 kids for my husband's 40th birthday party and it was the perfect luxurious retreat. We'll be back!

Concierge Bella was a gem, always ready with a warm smile and expert recommendations that made exploring Punta Cana a breeze. The cleaning ladies, Claudia and Alta, kept our room immaculate, adding thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Their dedication and kindness didn’t go unnoticed. This was, without a doubt, the best trip of our lives, thanks to the outstanding efforts of this incredible team. We can’t wait to return and relive the magic! Highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking a perfect getaway.

Unbelievable Stay

We were a group of 17 guys in our thirties, and we had a great time. The house somehow is better in person than the pictures make it out to be. The pool is beautiful and it looks out on an amazing golf course. The house is also large and spaced out; we never felt on top of each other. There is also plenty to do nearby, with the beach, tennis court, and pickleball courts just a short golf cart ride away. The staff provides a 10/10 service. The cleaning staff is always working to make sure all the rooms are cleans and that there are plenty of fresh towels. The Chef is constantly preparing fresh meals and snacks so that you are never hungry. Every meal had plenty of options, and it was healthy; I don't think we ever ate such clean and healthy food on a vacation. Bella is also incredibly helpful and she always has a smile on her face (ask her to get you the fresh coconuts too). Last but not least, Jose. His reputation precedes himself, and he somehow still overdelivers. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with; the experience would not be the same without them. My group had some dietary restrictions, which made things a bit more tricky for the house to plan and prepare food for us. But they took on the challenge in stride. Each and every person on the staff worked with us to make sure that our dietary needs were met. The food was incredible, and that probably understates it. Thank you for such a great weekend!

SPECTACULAR ESTATE WITH OCEAN VIEWS

**Review of a Short-Term Home Rental in Punta Cana** Our stay at the luxurious estate on the first green of the golf course was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning ocean views and the beauty of the home itself. The chef and butler were exceptional, anticipating our every need and ensuring that we wanted for nothing. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable. The housekeeping staff consistently added special touches that made our stay not only comfortable but also exceptionally enjoyable. Their attention to detail ensured that every element of our experience was seamless. I cannot think of a more beautiful home, a more idyllic resort, or a more dedicated staff. Our time here was truly unforgettable, and I highly recommend this estate to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Punta Cana.

Trip of a Lifetime but We Have to Come Back!

Wow, wow, wow!!!!! The property is spectacular in every sense. All 9 bedrooms are beautiful and there are so many different common areas to spread out. We had 19 people in our group and NEVER felt crowded anywhere. The beach is very close by and the area is very quiet and safe. You can easily walk around or use the golf carts that are supplied. NOW, let me tell you about the staff. The Chef prepared us amazing meals everyday. Originally some couples wanted to try some different restaurants during but we all quickly concluded that would be a complete waste because the food prepared on site was absolutely fantastic; every single meal we had was wonderful. The cleaning staff did a great job throughout the entire house. The part I am really struggling with is how to describe is the butler. There truly aren't adequate words to describe Jose. The man has the sweetest, kindest disposition and always has a smile on his face. He absolutely catered to our every whim and would just quietly appear with things we were about to ask for but he beat us to it. He was AMAZING! We celebrated a 75th birthday and had a white night party. The entire staff did an incredible job. Beyond over the top fabulous. We had booked this with the intention of it being a trip of a lifetime, and it was but we have to go back. Higher end, all-inclusive resorts don't come close to this experience and overall expense wise quite similar in net pricing but you cannot compare the value. We will be back!!!

40th Bday/10th wedding anniversary

Based on the reviews we decided to book this place for our 40th/10th anniversary with 15 of our guests. The reviews were 💯 true! This place is amazing! The property is not only amazing but what makes this place stand out and better than any other place is the staff. The staff Jose, Chef Pio and the ladies who service the villa are exceptional! Every one of our guests wanted to take Jose and Chef Pio home with them. Jose who is the house master/butler made sure we had an excellent time. Drinks were perfect and he served us and provided all we needed with joy and happiness. Chef Pio’s food, presentation was amazing. Every meal we had was fantastic. My wife and I are well travelled and have very high expectations on food and service. This property and especially the staff didn’t disappoint. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time!!

The property is absolutely amazing!! It is the best location, only 5 min from the airport and right by the beach. The golf carts make it easy to go to the beach or go around the property. Everything was amazing the only thing that was tricky for us was paying for the food with wire transfer. We highly recommend booking this location.

Exceeded our Expectations

Our 16 member family (ages 6-76) were treated so well by Jose, Pio and the 2 housekeeping staff members. They handled all of our requests and we had fabulous meals during our 6 day stay. The house was beautiful and the location was wonderful. (5 minutes from the airport). We hope to return.

Mother Daughter Spring Break

We had a wonderful time at this amazing home. The staff and management company were what made it even more special. We all did not want to leave and would love to come back for another stay! As other reviews mentioned, the house was big enough for everyone to feel as if they had their own space. There were a total of 16 of us staying. Fabulous time!

Punta Cana Perfection

This was by far the best vacation we have ever taken! Our group of seven couples felt like royalty as every need was attended to seamlessly from before arrival to our departure. The communication with the concierge coordinated every detail from transportation, daily menu, dinner reservations and excursions. Upon arrival, we did not need to lift a finger! Drinks, snacks, dinners, laundry were always attended to so we could just enjoy the gorgeous home and all its amenities! They even arranged in home massages on the terrace. Do not miss the opportunity to be spoiled and enjoy a true full service vacation. You will return refreshed!

Amazing accommodations for a large group

We were attending a wedding near by and need a large house that would accommodate a party of 20. This house was amazing and comfortable with a staff that made the overall experience exceptional. We would definitely recommend this place and come back ourselves.

An amazing 40th birthday celebration

We stayed at the property from November 30 to December 3 and our entire experience was one that we can’t stop talking about. Everyone appreciated the beauty of the property as well as the beauty of the staff. The ENTIRE staff was accommodating and made sure that we had everything that we needed; their hospitality was unmatched. I would highly recommend anyone book this Villa as it gave us absolutely nothing to complain about. If you’re currently on the fence about booking, get off and book!

Memories for a lifetime

We had excellent interactions with the host and concierge prior to arrival, and once we arrived, we were greeted by a fabulous staff, we had all the groceries and drinks we requested, and we entered into a property that was even more lovely in person than in the listing. The butler, Jose, treated us all like royalty whether delivering freshly made drinks poolside or setting up a dance party to on the patio for the birthday party. He was attentive, available but not invasive, and had such a positive can-do attitude at all times. We wanted to take him home with us! The chef, Pio, cooked up delicious options for all including our vegetarian and pescatarian friends. One day he was able to get fresh lobsters and incorporated them into a delicious pasta night menu as well as lobster salad for the lunch following day! The concierge, Bryan, helped to arrange massages, yoga, pickleball, golf and a private catamaran. From the moment we arrived until our tearful goodbyes, we were pampered and made to feel right at home in this island paradise. The two housekeepers (both named Altagracia) were quietly keeping things in order - our beds were magically made and bathrooms cleaned while we slipped out for breakfast or a swim in the pool and we came home with freshly laundered clothes. I cannot recommend this property enough. A 5-minute drive from the airport and paradise awaits!
