Beaucoup de points positifs : Localisation OK. Piscine et entretien piscine OK. Abords + entretien OK. Plage + fauteuils + parasols + service de plage OK. A proximité (à 700 m) : Nombreux bons restaurants, nombreux commerces, trois ATM, deux bureaux de change de cash. Appartement spacieux et lumineux OK Excellents lits et matelas OK Sanitaires OK Electricité OK Propreté générale OK Mais aussi des points négatifs: 1) Sécurité nulle car aucune des trois barrières d'entrée n'est verrouillable à clé (serrures cassées), donc malgré un gardien à temps partiel pour les trois accès, n'importe qui sait entrer jour et nuit. 2) Appartement (C3) trop peu fourni en équipement (pas de four, pas de micro-onde, pas de sèche-cheveux, pas de hotte de cuisine, pas de bouilloire ni de chauffe-eau, pas de machine à café, pas assez de vaisselle (3 fourchettes, 3 couteaux, 3 assiettes, aucun poelon, une seule casserole, etc..), pas de seau ni brosse ni balai, pas de chaises de terrasse, une seule ampoule sur 4, etc .... En résumé, appartement largement sous-équipé. ==> Il a fallu discuter plusieurs jours pour obtenir, petit à petit, un minimum mais pas tout. 3) Bâtiments mal isolés acoustiquement : Contre le bruit extérieur (fenêtres et portes qui ferment mal), et contre les bruits intérieurs (chaises sur du carrelage et conversations que l'on entend d'un appartement à l'autre). 4) Parfois trop peu de pression d'eau et pas d'eau chaude. ==> Je donne donc une évaluation globale moyenne.

Sono molto deluso dall'appartamento! la cucina non era in buone condizioni i fornelli sono rotti e pericolosi per questo non li ho mai usati nel mio soggiorno! le finestre e le porte non sono provviste di zanzariere! il bancomat più vicino si trova alla distanza di più di 1 km. Se devo dare un voto da 1 a 10 il mio è sicuramente 4.
