The room shower would flood and hold water. No water pressure to take a shower, the water wouldn’t get hot then when I tried to wash at the sink the sink leaked water all over the bathroom floor. I had to wait three days before I paid to upgrade my room. The worst room experience ever. Beautiful resort horrible rooms!

Excellent experience at Hotel Neón in Punta Cana. Pros:the staff was very friendly and attentive, the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the food was delicious and varied. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying a comfortable, pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!!! Cons: Bad smell outdoor behind the building Only 1 ATM and out of service!

L’Hotel Neon si trova all’interno del resort Playa Palmera. Il resort offre molti servizi, bar ristoranti, supermercati, discoteca, piscina, spiaggia attrezzata. Il personale è scortese, fatta eccezione di una cameriera ai piani, una receptionist e pochi altri. Quando siamo arrivati alle 2 di notte dopo 20 ore di viaggio, il receptionista non ha nemmeno alzato lo sguardo per vedere chi era entrato e mi sono messo ad aspettare davanti al desk ad aspettare che finisse di fare non so cosa con il computer, dopo qualche minuto ha finalmente alzato gli occhi per salutarmi e per fare il check-in …. 20 minuti!!!!

la chambre est ok, le personnel courtois. mais le produit anti cafard, trop présent, et le bruit permanent, même la nuit, ne permettaient pas un séjour de tout repos. Dommage, car le concept était séduisant. La mer, accessible soit à pied soit par navette propre à l'hôtel... Ce qui nous a manqué, c'est de pas avoir préparé notre voyage avec une meilleure maîtrise de la langue et une meilleure connaissance des échanges commerciaux pratiqués. Cet hôtel "Hostel", s'adresse plutôt à une clientèle jeune, avertie, et ayant déjà séjourné sur l'île. pour info nous avons quitté l'hôtel au bout de deux jours, pour aller à bavaro dans un all inclusive... ce qui nous correspondait plus.
