The hotel is AMAZING! super clean the stuff is so nice and always willing to help you in anything you need. The buffet is working but what we Loved is that they have people to help you with you food. The conditions and measures they are taking for COVID 19 are amazing ! Would love to come back soon

This is our second time to this property. The first was last year right after Hilton’s acquiring it from Dreams. The property was under construction this year while we were there which may account for some of the disfunction of operations. Namely the complete lack of activities. We would receive a schedule of events for the day and the events either would not happen or would be so delayed. You could see the potential of what Hilton is trying with the upgrades to the pools etc but please bring back some of the entertainment team. The staff is truly special here! Shout out to Edwin and Richard! And we loved the special food on the beach last year which was gone this year. Hopefully the end of the construction fixes these issues. Also we found that tipping helped so much at this resort. We could have been deep in a line waiting for a drink but when the bartenders saw us they started making our drinks right away.

The service here was phenomenal. The food was better than restaurants and the options/ selections were super. Only dissatisfaction was that they were under construction and 3 restaurants were not open and the information was not listed on the website when booking the trip. Otherwise i would highly recommend this hotel and location over any in Punta Cana.

Surrounding- You should anticipate a 45 minute drive from Punta Cana to arrive at the resort. We used Dominican Airport Transfers (DAT) and had no issues. The resort adjoins to a public beach but the resort security ensures that only those staying at the resort gain access. Restaurants- The food here is by far the BEST that we have had any all inclusive resort. The wait staff are attentive that many speak limited English. Pool- The main pool is large and the water is perfect temperature for relaxing in the heat. However, there were lots of broken filters and light covers. That was a little alarming to me especially not knowing what electrical wires may be exposed. Beach -The beach has the most beautiful water we have seen at a resort. There is little seaweed and no trash. They are daily activities beachside to keep you entertained. Facilities- The facilities were very well-maintained and constantly cleaned. However,there are NO elevators. Rooms- We stayed in building 5 in adjoining rooms with our daughters. Our room was very nice and clean. The mattresses remarkably were very comfortable. There was room for upgrades and minor repair to wood and decor. The air blows continuously and helps diminish any noises from guests. Entertainment- If you enjoy ballet, jazz and hip hop dances you will enjoy the nightly entertainment. There were no comedy/ magic or disco shows while we were there.

Excellent service from everyone. Facilities aren’t up to Hilton standards yet but this vacation was amazing and we will return.

The staff were wonderful. Super willing to help out and tons of fun. The food was delicious but rather on the salty side. Rooms are dated, but remodeling is planned for next year. Hope the resort keeps everything else the same.
