Food was not that great. Staff were nice. Room was not great at all. Bathroom door would not close properly, only one of two double sinks worked. Wall patch work was terribly done and had incomplete work. Snacks and in room mini bar was very limited (only red and white wine if you ask, beer, water, soda, and Bacardi ).

I would say stay away from booking an excursion here. When you go to the desks that work to hook you a trip you will be bamboozled, and shipped from place to place wasting 4-5 hours of your day. When you can just pay full Price and enjoy a quality day with whoever you came with like you planned to. I was so disappointed that I woke up to book swimming with the dolphins to be told “watch a one hour promo for a discount” turned into going into what felt like a car dealer ship to kinda be forced into some kind of package deal For hard rock hotel. The food overall is good the bistro was good for breakfast and the market has a little bit of everything. If you go on off season remember not everything will be open. Made a reservation to the steak house, but they were closed that day, and nobody informed us. I liked the atmosphere of this place it was great.

To start off I didn’t like the food in my he buffets. This is the only hotel you have to pay for your own drinks in the casino and in the disco. I believe they charge a lot off money to have this separate and the night life at the resort is very limited and boring. I definitely had higher expectations. Don’t recommend it for the amount of money you spend.

Bed had bed bugs , my niece had to change rooms day 3 after being bitten all over her face . Her arm was swollen from a spider bite and the clinic at the resort sent her to the hospital, $1400 USD dollars later came back with nothing and ended up paying another $60 US for antibiotics. Resort refused to acknowledge anything happened. The rooms , we had a suite were old , musky , AC barely worked, lizards crawling around on the walls , remote for tv didn’t work, bathroom door brink of breaking, toilet leaked water everywhere, the list goes on and on . Very disappointing! Will never return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our first time at Hard Rock Punta Cana, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The bartenders at the Drum Pool — Freddy, Joel, and Wilmer — went above and beyond. They provided excellent customer service, always had a great attitude, and made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable. Their drinks were amazing, and they truly helped make our vacation unforgettable. The food was delicious, the service all around the resort was outstanding, and we honestly have no complaints. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the Hard Rock team, and especially to Freddy, Joel, and Wilmer, for making our stay so special!

Check-in: Nearly 2 hours — painfully slow. Getting around: Hotel transport is unreliable. Without a golf cart, expect long waits. Golf cart trap: Price looks high already, then surprise — extra pick-up fee plus a deposit at the counter.
