The beach is beautiful, the shows at night are amazing. Staff are very courteous. Buffet is great! Restaurants are very good also, and need booking.
They don't have controls about food temperature,and conditions,the glasses for drinks are super destroyed,scratches everywhere,the dishes are all greased,and more than have off all restaurants have a bad service.The pools are bad conditions also,my family's and I are completely disappointed about choose this resort for our vacation,never again.
All I can say we just didn’t wonna leave that resort.

Loved this resort, everyone here was so nice and friendly! Came as a family of 3 and is very family oriented we loved it. Luz was awesome, marbell was EXCEPTIONAL and attentive loved his energy!!! Julita was great and had the great personality! At the front Andry was awesome also! Great people who work here!! Will go again for sure with my family!
The food was fabulous most of the restaurants had a excellent service but som wasn’t that good also the server behind the fruit area need to wear gloves when they are cutting the fruit
Property is okay, need a little more maintenance, room needs to be better it had a weird smell especially the bed headboards and some of the closets bathrooms cleanliness was not great either also one of the TV in the room didn’t work.
the room was clean and organized the food was bland the steak was hard the waiters a la carte restaurant were not cordial I wait at the table for 45 minutes I stand and talk to the head waiter and ask him if I had 40 minutes sitting nobody had gone to ask me what I would order, much less to put water on the table, I answer that my family and I were short of staff We stood up from the table and went to the buffet.
