Really good service from the staff and they have a lot of activities to do, entertainment all the time

The overall cleanliness of the hotel room was wasn't the best. The food was okay at best. The bellhop or the butler (not sure exactly what the proper title for them) left my suitcase and I almost lost it and had to pay for a taxi to bring it to me at the airport which makes zero chance to me considering it was the hotel stuff that screwed up in the first place.

The check in process took over two hours because they could not find my reservation that was prepaid. They ended up charging my credit card for another room and than when the manager finally got involved she found my original reservation and they had to credit back my credit card. The food is the same everyday. There is no variety in the food. The transportation back to the airport is handled by a company called Coming2. I originally had no issues with them until I dealt with Fausto who had me running around for almost an hour for a reservation that was previously made. He made no attempts to help me during this process. All in all the best part of this resort is the very hard working entertainment staff. The front desk people need more practice with proper customer service and addressing issues right away correctly. The food quality needs improvement and more variety.

No transportation in the night for the casino, that was the unique thing that dont liked. But everything was fine

The staff were amazing, they were friendly with the adults and children. The entertainment was awesome

Nice hotel however no elevator. Minibar in room was not working. Had to call twice for assistance to repair minibar.

Far from the beach. Lots of mosquitos. Not much drink selection. But nice staff and food was ok.

Nice hotel close to the pool, restaurants and main lobby.

Nice vacation for the price. Staff is nice and friendly, they just need more foreign languages skills, especially the front desk peolple must be able to understand English well. Food is good and fresh and you have a lot of choices. Activity team is excellent with high energy and plenty of funny ideas. Kids enjoyed the time in the resort a lot. Sheets and pillows sometimes kind of smell, I think they’re not dry enough when folded. I would appreciate some more action against the mosquitoes. However it’s a pleasant stay and recommend for families.

Nice location and external facilities are expensives

Nice friendly staff. Terrible food not consistent. Food cooked with no love. Water park was wonderful. Rooms need updating Moldy, the bed was stained all over and the pillows were old with stains. Not comfortable to stay at to sleep and overpriced for the food that was served. Need better cooks

Alright so my experience was so so the staff barley spoke English which is oxd for a tourist area and resort.....the ones that did speak English are in The wrong positions.....upon arrival my bath tub was extremely damaged to the point that it was black ....which in my opinion should have never been given to a guest .....after that experience I was taken care of by Nelson and saint which were two of the best guest service reps ever!!!!! they made sure the rest of my stay was grand!!! especially Nelson , thats who I worked with most of the time but when Nelson wasn't around Saint stepped in and made the same effort..... two great workers !!!! They also arranged fpr my son to get a little birthday present along with a cake and a production at dinner which was very great........

If you are looking for a nice couples hotel Bahaia Principe Resort is good, but the Turquesa hotel is the worst one on the resort. My A/C unit was broken, the bath tub looked old, the beds are uncomfortable, the lobby area and the shows are the worst at the resort. The pool is good, the food and the service is very good. We spent a lot of time sneaking onto other hotels and using their facilities..AVIOD the Turquesa and spend the money for a better hotel unless you just don’t care want to go on Vacation. Better Hotels at the resort “Dream, Esmeralda, Amber Green, Blue, Fantasy, Barvaro”.

Never a boring day. Always something to do. Staff is great everywhere. Hotel is pretty close to the beach.

We had a great vacation. Safe for teens to walk around. They met other kids from all over and still stay in contact with friends from Argentina (with a translator app). The toughest part was a language barrier. Knowing Spanish a bit better would've been helpful. One of my children takes Spanish in school and helped us manage a bit. Would recommend to family and friends

We had a wonderful experience at Grand Bahia Principe. The resort is beautiful, the beach is amazing.

Great Hotel, incredible staff Beach was overcrowded and unpleasant, due to overcrowding...

Check in was slow & not very forthcoming with information. Room looked like it was barely cleaned on arrival & the AC never worked correctly. Room was extremely humid the whole week even though technicians looked at it. Our friend had to have his toilet fixed four times. Buffet food was average, but the a la cartel restaurants were excellent, especially the Garden Grill & Il Cappricio. Beach & pool area are pretty, but hard to find chairs unless you get there very early. The bar & wait staff work hard to take care of you and do the best they can to keep guests happy. We were given complimentary 30 minute massages because of all the room issues. The resort is huge so if you like that you should be ok. We will go for a smaller place next time.
