Pool is excellent, beach is excellent except for lots of seaweed, but thanks just nature doing its thing. Buffet is very good. Didn’t do any reservations at restaurants but I heard from family and friends they are good. There were a few things in the rooms that need repair or updating but i understand things break sometimes and don’t expect everything to be flawless. Orbitz made a mistake on my reservation but the front desk personnel fixed it for me. I doesn’t matter how perfect a resort is or how amazing the food is or how shiny everything appears to be without a staff that’s welcoming, friendly and just pleasant to deal with.
