Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
While the entertainment team and buffet were highlights of my stay, the room conditions and lack of basic infrastructure were completely unacceptable for a resort of this supposed caliber.
Major Room Issues:
• Maintenance: My first room was filthy, lacked blankets, had a broken toilet (fixed only on day two), and—unbelievably—had no power outlets. Even staff were shocked and suggested they would need to "install" them during my stay.
• AC Failure: On the third day, the air conditioning stopped working entirely.
• Room Change: We were moved to a second room that was in even worse condition than the first.
Service & Facilities:
• Operational Failures: We spent nearly an entire day at the front desk dealing with power and maintenance issues instead of enjoying our vacation.
• Management: There is a total lack of management presence. While the frontline staff are nice, they are unsupported and unable to resolve serious problems.
• Beach Inconveniences: The shuttle service is infrequent, requiring a 10-minute walk. There is only one restroom for the entire beach and an unnecessarily rigid, recorded system for towel collection.
Verdict: If you enjoy great pool parties and good food, you may find some value here. However, if you expect functional room facilities and professional management, look elsewhere. This resort is significantly overrated
