Just 5 minutes from the area's most visited sites (downtown), such as plazas, banks, Downtown Mall, Paseo San Juan, Sunix gas station, restaurants, bars, Cocobongo, and Dolphin Mall. Enjoy the proximity of everything in a comfortable, quiet, and safe complex. Note: Electricity is not included; it is charged based on consumption at the local rate. See house manual.

Two-story villa. On the first level, you'll find a living room, kitchen, and dining room, a shared or guest bathroom with shower, a laundry area, a pool, and outdoor furniture, ideal for sharing with friends or family. The second level has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a closet, a Smart TV, and a balcony with two chairs and a coffee table to sit and watch the sunrise or sunset with a nice cup of coffee. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a small balcony overlooking the pool and a Smart TV. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with two single beds and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Screens keep out mosquitoes and flies throughout the house.
