This new modern villa (located on a 3rd floor) is equipped with all the amenities you need in the Bavaro / Punta Cana area of Dominican Republic. Enjoy a semi-private pool (shared with 1st unit if rented), free parking, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, common area pools surrounded by a beautiful garden. No car, no problem! Within walking distance you have a full supermarket right next door, gas station, restaurants, pharmacy, hospital, and a pleasant 15-20 min walk to the beach!
