The service was terrible and the food was mediocre. Furthermore, the attitude of the staff was atrocious and disrespectful. The cups, cutlery, and plates were dirty and smelled putrid from being either unwashed or poorly washed. Not to mention, the drinks were insulting while the only worthwhile enjoyment was the beach for how clean and clear it was. In conclusion, there are much better hotels in Dominican Republic compared to this one.

The staff is very rude and they take their time to wait on you. Unlike Punta Cana with the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The maintenance in the grounds are impeccable. My wife got food poisoning the last day. The biggest problem with this resort is the staff. Very unwelcoming and very unfriendly.

This resort has the most beautiful beach you could ever find. Unfortunately, this is the only reason the come here. The other amenities are good but are just like any other resort. The food is also just okay. In fact, during our stay we got very sick from the food for two days. Outside of the beach, swimming, sailing, scuba diving and snorkeling their is not more to do or see here.

Place is good, but personnel could be better. The best by far was our cleaning lady, who was always happy to help us in any way she could. However, to have a rather "standard" service when you paid for a premium one, really does not go according to expectations (or even what was promised). It was good, but we will not be back. There are better options for the same price, and even some cheaper alternatives too.

We enjoyed our 5- night stay at this hotel. Our duplex room with private pool had everything we wished for and even more ! The maid provided the necessary services. We spend time on the beach with white sand and turquoise water .. had diving and snorkelling tours .. had fine dining in the hotel’s restaurants . Minor inconvenience were loud evening shows. Although some guests enjoyed entertainment, we would prefer this activity would not be next to the private guest rooms.
