Positives-the pool area was wonderful! The balcony overlooking the pool and golf course was lovely. Negatives- there was no blanket or comforter on the full size bed; the mattress, pillows and couch were hard as a rock; the light from the hallway shone into the bedroom as the curtain was not room darkening; the water pressure for a warm/hot shower was a dribble.

Honestly I am not the type to write reviews and not my first time in DR but this time the staying at the Cana Rock Star definitely was more than expecting the service the professionalism the staff etc everything and everyone that works there was so friendly and kind to make our staying deserve an A+ without forgetting our host RONNY who makes him self available 24/7 to assist us in a glance even when it's not regarding our renting place. I highly recommend anyone who’s planning to visit Punta Cana and looking for a clean safe place close to everything to go at Cana Rock Star for a lovely memorial service and while looking around try to get RONNY so you can enjoy your vacation without having any worries with someone that you can reach all the time if ever needed even on advice of places to go around…. See You soon Guys

It's a very beautiful and clean place, great for spending time with family, but the company in charge of renting it out should clearly state the rules of the complex. For example, you have to pay a $35 consumable fee per adult to access the beach, and the beach is only open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you arrive a little late, they won't let you in because they say it's full. Unfortunately, there are no other activities to do there after 6 pm; you can only go to bed or leave the complex to eat or do other things outside.
