This property is the combination of 2 villas located side by side (Lake View Villa, 8-bdrm & Villa Wyss, 4-bdrm), and includes a private chef, a butler, housekeepers, and an on-site villa manager.

During your stay at Cocotal Mansion, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club, including a 27-hole golf course, clubhouse facilities, paddle tennis courts, and more. This is the perfect place to experience an unforgettable Caribbean getaway.

LOCATION:

Cocotal Mansion (Lake View Villa & Villa Wyss) is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. Lake View Villa is situated on hole 1 (Hibiscus) of the Cocotal golf course, offering picturesque views of the lake and fairway. Villa Wyss is situated on a double lot with complete privacy right next to (behind) Lake View Villa. NOTE: The lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such as swimming or boating.

Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.

The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, paddle tennis courts, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. There are also plenty of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:

Lake View Villa is an exquisite 8-bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 2-story home with a large screened terrace, balconies, and a poolside Jacuzzi. Note: The Jacuzzi is heatable, but the pool is not. Upon entering through the double front doors, you're greeted by a spacious living and dining area styled in contemporary Scandinavian fashion, featuring minimalist décor with white furniture, black wood, and glass tables.

Outside, discover an enchanting outdoor retreat with a furnished terrace, sparkling pool & Jacuzzi, and ample sunbeds on the pool deck—perfect for unwinding and basking in the sun. Inside, challenge friends to a game of billiards or enjoy the pool table.

For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated home office space with a desk and three chairs ensures productivity can coexist with relaxation. Indulge in delightful meals in the indoor dining room with elegant white chairs and a custom-built table, or opt for casual outdoor dining on the screened patio. The fully equipped kitchen allows for the preparation of delicious meals, and to enhance your stay, a private chef is included (food and beverages not provided).

Villa Wyss is a charming single-level retreat with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, ideal for multi-generational families and those with children. Inside, a semi-open floor plan welcomes you with cozy living and dining spaces featuring wooden floors and vaulted ceilings.

Accessible directly from the living area, the outdoor space includes a patio, pool, and tropical garden. The dining room seats 8 comfortably with ample natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooking island, or opt for a personal chef at an extra cost.

Stay active in the private fitness room, and enjoy the expansive outdoor area and garden, the private pool (not heated) with an island palapa and outdoor furniture, along with a separate dining deck.

THE BEDROOMS:

Lake View Villa has 8 bedrooms – 6 inside the main house and 2 in the guest wing. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 5 bedrooms upstairs.

NOTE: All bedrooms have 1 King bed which can be separated into 2 Twin beds.

When you stay at Cocotal Mansion, you can enjoy the following villa amenities:

VIP inclusion: Access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant (advance reservations required). Complimentary transportation with a minimum consumption of US$ 25 per person at the restaurant/bar must be paid via a secure payment link to confirm your reservation. You will receive this amount as a credit for food/beverages at the restaurant (no refund for unconsumed credit). Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Outside food/beverages are not permitted. NOTE: Food/beverages at the Jellyfish restaurant/bar and are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the restaurant. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply! Blackout dates are specific dates during which the beach club access is not available, e.g. due to private events.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeepers: The Spanish-speaking housekeepers will clean the villas, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
