Hot tub should get an extra scrub or clean before using it. But everything was clean, beautiful pools and fun young energy. Resort amazing and daily cleaning of the room. Do wished house keeping would have clean room earlier in the day. A few times we were out in the resort and room wasn’t clean till the evening. Bathrooms need an upgrade. Food great need more home land food, I travel I would love to try food from the there. Security was races, made friends with a black wonderful couple from London and was called out. But for overall great place to spend vacation at.

> The hotel lacks proper maintenance, and there are several neglected areas throughout the property. While some staff members are friendly and others are not, this seems to be part of the Dominican personality. The food also leaves a lot to be desired. Regarding the facilities, the pool water is very cold, and the jacuzzi water is also completely cold. The spa is quite neglected in the hydrotherapy areas; however, the massage experience was excellent, as the therapist was outstanding and the massage room itself was in excellent condition. On a positive note, the housekeeping service was excellent, and the staff is very attentive to keeping the bathrooms clean at all times, including those near the pool area. The hotel does not provide an ironing board or a regular iron, only a steamer, and there is no hook to hang clothes, which makes ironing less convenient. As for the beach, it is important to consider that it is located on the Atlantic Ocean side, therefore the water is not turquoise blue. The staff working at the bar near the cafeteria are very pleasant and provide good service. Finally, the hotel did a very good job organizing the new year party despite the rain. The DJ was excellent; however, the live band was terrible.

I loved everything about this resort! The staff, the food, the resort itself. Very clean! It’s a little far from Bavaro but I would stay here again! Willy our concierge was the absolute best 10/10

Room was amazing, the birthday setup was affordable yet so memorable. Every worker was nice and food was amazingggg! There are many activities hosted on the resort so you’re never bored. If you didn’t plan ahead, there are also many opportunities to book excursions there. 10/10 recommended. This was my first out the country trip and I want to visit it again!
